Coach Noteman
Coach Noteman is an experienced and qualified coach of services to aid in sport and well being.
He has over 10 years experience working in the security industry including door supervisor, surveillance & close protection. Much of his self defence application has been gleaned from this period.
Coach Noteman is also an accomplished sporting athlete in martial arts studying a variety of systems including : Aikido, Jujitsu, Kickboxing, Wing Chun, NHB, Pressure Points, Qigong, Sanshou, Qinda, Shuai Jiao.
During his successful career he has many notable titles including World Champion, Multiple British Champion, Multiple English Champion, European Champion.
He has fought in most of the major world organisations including WAKO, WKA, WTKA, ISKA, WKC, WKU, CIMAC, KWON, BCCMA.
Coach Noteman has also trained other junior, adult, male & female British, English & European Champions.
Elemental Therapies
Mr Noteman has been studying and practicing therapies for over 10 years in a variety of modalities including Indian Head massage (Diploma), Shiatsu (Diploma), Stress Management (Diploma), Nutrition (Diploma), Myofascial Release (certified), Tuina, EFT, Reiki, QHHT (Advanced Certified) Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP (certified), Holistic Massage Level 3 (Diploma)
His experience allows him to select the most suitable therapeutic system for the client.
Coach Papapanou
Coach Papapanou is an experienced coach and martial artist. She has trained in a variety of systems including Boxing, Sanshou, Kickboxing, Wing Chun, Qigong, Grappling Submission, Shuai Jiao, Qinda.
Coach Papapanou is also an accomplished competitor winning multiple British Titles, English Titles & European Titles. She has fought in most of the major world organisations including WAKO, WKA, WTKA, ISKA, WKC, WKU, KWON, BCCMA.
